Self In this course we will take an in depth look at understanding The 4 Bodies of Living Consciousness: Physical, Emotional, Mental, Spiritual, which makes up our personal matrix. Each one of these bodies is a life in and of itself and when we begin to live each to it’s fullest with integrity and purpose we are engaging in a practice of Self Mastery.

Self Mastery is the art of cultivating self-awareness and self-education to achieve harmony, balance, inner peace and deliberate manifestation. A Self Mastered life is one based in integrity and fellowship. Developing an understanding of how your personal matrix works in concert with the world around you fosters a greater knowing about the Universe.

This course is a step-by-step guide designed to help you identify where to put your focus in order to implement the skills necessary for beginning a practice of Self Mastery.

Week 2 – Basic Level of Self Care

Week 3 – Your Outer World

Week 4 – Your Inner World

Week 5 – Highest Level of Self Care

Week 6 – Living a Self Mastered Life
