All things fashion, lifestyle and fun for the urban couple, now and after their stroll down the aisle, come alive at Sofitel Chicago Water Tower's Grand Ballroom on Wednesday, August 31, 2011 from 6:00 – 8:00 pm.  Fall fashion's best in special occasion, bridal and resort from Chicago's top retailers, including Bloomingdale's, Nicole Miller, Mira Couture, Belle Vie Bridal Couture and Sofia make their way down the runway, and unique vignettes fill the fashion lounge to entertain, inform and inspire.

Executive Chef Gregg Biggers of Sofitel Chicago Water Tower is celebrated for his inventive menu, creating Contemporary French American cuisine with seasonal ingredients.  Guests will enjoy passed hors d'oeuvres along with Whispering Angel Rose from Chateau D’Esclans.

Make It Better magazine, the premier, trusted community resource on Chicago’s North Shore, partners with Oak Street Design, Factor Runway, The Bridal Team, Fig Weddings, and Fragrant Design to create a one-of-a-kind experience with inspired floral, film, and sound paired with the best models, styling, hair and make-up in the industry.

A portion of proceeds will directly benefit Designs for Dignity, a Chicago-based not-for-profit organization that believes human beings are entitled to and nurtured by living and working in creative environments.
