A CITE Seminar
Supply Chain Management deals with management of materials,
information, and financial flows in a network consisting of
suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and customers. It is
important that these flows are coordinated and integrated
effectively in a supply chain. Recent trends such as
globalization of operations & markets, new information
technologies, international procurement, and increasing pressure
from customers has presented Supply Chain Management both challenges and
opportunities. This seminar will address some of the strategies
