This Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course helps develop the critical skills required to serve on project teams. Participants learn how to use many of the proven Six Sigma problem-solving methods and statistical tools to contribute to the success of their organization, including processes for collecting and analyzing data, and leading and executing process-level improvement projects.
