Join us as we go through the steps of creating a catchy volunteer opportunity and posting it on our online database. Learn about how CVNL programs, especially our personalized, One-on-One Volunteer Matching can help you find volunteers who are skilled, dedicated and passionate about your cause.
VolunteerMarin.org receives over 3000 hits monthly from prospective volunteers looking for opportunities. This workshop will provide an introduction on:
- Writing a Volunteer Opportunity that volunteers will find in our search function and get hooked by your opportunity title
- New tools in the database that can help you connect with and manage volunteers
- How retaining volunteers all starts with proper recruitment, and how Flexible Volunteer Projects, personalized Volunteer Matching, and ProBono Marin volunteer program development projects can help build your capacity.
