Corporate planning has three equally important elements: strategic planning, financial planning and talent management. Join us a Mercy Salaz discusses the basics of each and will explore how to leverage these processes for your role in the organization.
Mercy is currently a Principal with Strategos, a strategy and innovation consulting firm based in Chicago. Strategos works with Fortune 500 companies on strategy development, framing strategy to action and imbedding innovation into the organization. Mercy has over 20 years of experience in strategic planning, financial planning and corporate finance. Before joining Strategos, Mercy was with Allied Waste Industries and FINOVA Capital. She has an MBA from Columbia University in New York and an undergraduate degree from Princeton University.
The Association for Financial Professionals of Arizona (AFPA) is a group of Treasury Professionals whose mission is to provide continuing Treasury Education and a local peer network. We accomplish this through our nine monthly meetings and an annual conference. During monthly meetings, guest speakers discuss timely, relevant treasury and other related issues.
