Event Details

The Kiwanis Danville July Fourth Parade attracts over 35,000 people annually. This traditional hometown parade is organized by Kiwanis Club of the San Ramon Valley. Scouts carrying banners will lead the parade. It is Kiwanis' way of welcoming the spectators and thanking their sponsors.

The staging area for the Parade is section "F" across the street from Starbucks
at San Ramon Valley High School.  We need to be there before 8:30 a.m. Also,
please have the boys bring some water with them.  Please have the scouts in
there class "A" uniforms.

The parade starts at 9:00 a.m. and should be complete at about 11. It starts near SV High School, proceeds down Hartz and SRV Blvd, and finishes at Sycamore Valley Road. From there it is very easy to walk back to your family to watch the rest of the parade or you can use the shuttle bus to return to the parade start.

We hope you can be there to participate in this patriotic event and have fun with your fellow scouts

Meet at the staging area near the high school at 8:30. Look for Mr. DiPaola. See you there!
