D:FUSE Set to record "PEOPLE 3"
Live in San Francisco
People_3 coming out on Moist Music is slated to be released in the fall, and D:Fuse is taking the live DJ concept to a whole new level. The show is featuring a full percussion set up, including D:Fuse's signature mix of electronic congas, bongos, tablas, and timbales- as well as adding tom tom drums and cymbals. The show will also feature DJ/Producer Mike Hiratzka on guitar, bass, and keyboards. " San Francisco has one of the best music scenes in the world." D:Fuse says. "I love playing there, the crowd is always with you. It's become a sort of second home for me. We'll be improvising and reworking the tracks live. " Mics will be mounted throughout the room to record crowd noise and people attending will be photographed to appear in the CD. There will also be a live painting of the night done by Greg Kalamar. http://www.gregkalamar.com
