Grilling teams will arrive early in the morning to set up for the competition and the bragging rights for cooking the best steak in Oklahoma. As the fires are being lit, over 100 classic and collector cars and motorcycles will be on display. This year the event promises to be even bigger and better than last year. Tasty morsals will be available as the teams offer their appetizers for patrons to taste and vote on. After the steak competition is completed, the teams will proceed to cook a steak dinner with all the trimmings which will be provided to all ticket holders. Live music will be provided before and during dinner.

All proceeds go to Tulsa area charities. OCSC has raised over $40,000 for groups including: Iron Gate, Habitat for Humanity, Community Food Bank, Gardens of Faith, New Hope and Rebuilding Together Tulsa.
