As part of the 2011 Summer Movie Series, CAPA will offer a behind-the-scenes look at the historic Ohio
Theatre with free, guided tours on Saturday, June 24, Saturday, July 16, and
Saturday, August 13, at 4:30 pm each day.
After you experience this one-of-a-kind look at the beatiful Ohio Theatre on August 13, be sure to catch the featured movie of the weekend! Strips of tickets for CAPA's Summer Movie Series can be purchased by calling the Ohio Theatre Ticket Office at 614-469-0939 or by logging on to www.capa.com.
The hour-long
tours will begin in the front lobby of the Ohio Theatre (39 E. State St.) and will include a look
at the history and restoration of the Official Theatre for the State of Ohio, as well
as a demonstration of the original 1928 “Mighty Morton” theatre organ.
