Some time to attend to that niggly worry that has been on the back of your mind.
Some time to reflect on something that has thrown you off balance.
Come and join us on for an evening to centre yourself, to learn new ways of being, and widen your perspective.
The evening will start at 6.30pm with a light meal. We will take the time to arrive with a mindful awareness meditation and a brief introduction. Short exercises will help us learn new ways of looking at old problems. We will set up a constellation to experience how it can shed light on some previously unseen dynamics. As time is limited, if you would like to bring an issue or you are thinking about or working with, kindly contact me before the workshop. We will finish the evening with another meditation.

The Family Constellations workshops are led by Clare Crombie.
Clare is an experienced UKCP Registered psychotherapist, supervisor and workshop leader, living and working in Edinburgh.
She trained at the Gestalt Centre London, UK between 1989 and 1994, and first started to incorporate the Family Constellations approach into her practice after seeing Bert Hellinger work in London in 1996. Clare has gone deeply into the experiential and theoretical study of the constellation work. This continues to be an evolving process, which has been personally, and professionally transforming.
Since the International Constellations Intensive was started in Germany in 2000 she has attended seven times and learned there with Hunter Beaumont and many of the senior constellators in Germany, USA and the UK. She is an active member of the International Systemic Constellations Association (ISCA) and an assistant editor for: ‘The Knowing Field’.
