Event Details
The Del-Mi District will be scheduling our popcorn distribution for this year's Show and Deliver sale using a order size grouping. This new approach recognizes the fact that an order less than $10,000 will take much less time to load than one that is $20,000 or $30,000 dollars. Due to the large number of orders (totaling more than $900,000), the pick up window will be split between 3 sessions (Thursday evening, Friday evening, and Saturday morning).
As such, the break down for the ticket types is as follows:

Helmer Inc. has offered to allow units to pick up their order during the day. Simply register for the during the day ticket type, stop by the facility, ring the door bell near the bay entrance (north side of building), and ask for Wendy Gibson. To schedule your pick-up time, please order 1 ticket for the ticket type that most accurately describes your order size. On the following screen, you will be given the option of selecting the pick-up time that works best for you. For all orders greater than $1,000, please plan on arriving half an hour BEFORE your pick up time to help sort your order or another units if yours is already sorted. For units with an order less than $1,000, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your pick up time.
Pleae have ALL of your vechicles arrive according to the above sorting schedule. Units that do not have all of their vehicles ready at their exact time will be pushed back to the end of the line.
We reserve the right to move pick up times forward if there are openings ahead of your time. We will notify you of this change.
Warehouse Rules
- For safety concerns, no one under the age of 21 is allowed in the facility.
- Vehicles/Trucks/Trailers may back-up to dock areas once a bay has been assigned to you by the district popcorn kernel. Please park first, go inside and check-in. A volunteer will assign you a bay number.
- No cars/vehicles are allowed inside.
- All orders must be picked up by 12:00 PM on Saturday

The Del-Mi District is part of the Crossroads of America Council, Boy Scouts of America. We serve over 4,500 youth and adult volunteers in Hamilton and Tipton counties in Central Indiana. We are proud to have a long and rich history of tirelessly serving the youth in these counties. With an eye on growth and continuous improvement, the district leadership and volunteers are dedicated to building stronger units, so that the Scouts and Scouters of the Del-Mi District may realize their Ideal Year of Scouting.
