Lowcountry Local Brewery Tour

July 28th 6:00pm

We are taking to the road for some summer fun in a pimped out LEEP BioBus for some tasting and touring of the local brewing business and culture. This is a chance to do some networking in a fun atmosphere while supporting our local brew-masters.

We'll meet downtown at 6:00 at Palmetto Brewing Company (289 Huger St. Charleston, SC 29403), then hop on our eco-friendly ride to learn about craft beer in the Lowcountry. Tickets include a full tour and tastings in each brewery.

Stop 1:

 Palmetto Brewing Company Downtown

Stop 2:

COAST Brewing Company in North Charleston.

Stop 3:

Westbrook Brewing Company in Mt. Pleasant

Then we'll circle back around to Huger St.

"Sometimes when I look back at all the beer I drink, I feel ashamed- then I look back into the glass and I think about all the workers in the brewery and all of their hopes and dreams. If I didn't drink this beer, they might be out of work and their dreams would be shattered.  Then I think to myself, it's better that I drink this beer and let their dreams come true, than be selfish and worry about my liver."

~Jack Handy, American Humorist
