ABOUT YOUR WORKSHOP LEADER:
Kevin is a Professor of Psychology, a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Coach.  He maintains an active clinical practice specializing in cognitive and behavioral treatments of anxiety, depression and insomnia.  He also conducts workshops and on-site training for businesses and community groups.  As a Clinical Psychologist and a Professional Coach, Kevin helps clients develop a commitment to change, take the steps necessary to reach their goals, and live a full, balanced life.  He coaches groups and individual clients in-person and by telephone.
