Cancellation Policy:

If you are unable to attend the conference you are welcome to send a substitute, however, you must notify us prior to the conference date. On site substitutions will not be permitted. Please email us requesting the change.

If canceling, you must do so in writing prior to August 1st, 2011. You will receive a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee (per cancelled registrant). If you cancel after August 1st, 2011 or do not attend the conference, you are responsible for the entire registration fee. No exceptions.
