Carole Richards, President/Executive Director, and founder of North Coast Education Services has devoted her energies to providing the very best education services possible to children and adults in Northeast Ohio through North Coast Education Services (NCES), a company that has provided in-home and at the office tutoring services for thousands of area children and adults.

Over 300 tutors, teaching a broad range of subjects, assist children and adults in seven Northeast Ohio counties. NCES additionally offers basic math and reading skill classes throughout the year and a summer camp for students with learning differences. As President and Executive Director of North Coast Education Services, Carole has developed an outstanding reputation as an educator and problem-solver.

John Kusik is the Vice President and Director of Marketing at NCES.  Most recently, he was President of Focus Communications, marketing consultants, and completed projects for large and small regional and national companies.

John appears as a guest speaker for many organizations, has been interviewed on numerous radio and television programs as a small business expert, and was a host of the popular Focus on Business radio program.

Carole and John will talk about their quest to tutor business employees who, in today’s business world may be lacking in basic reading and math skills.
