Fulfilling our Mission/Shelter Operations- This 3 hour basic disaster course is taught in 2 segments. The first segment is 1 hour in length and provides volunteers with a insight into the Red Cross and its Disaster Services Program. The second segment is 2 hours in length and provides attendees with the information required to work as a ARC shelter worker.
