Event Details

This workshop will focus on the "building blocks" of developing clear and concise language for your goals and outcomes - - what should your goals and outcomes be? How do you measure them? Is the sky the limit or should I be more conservative? We'll also look at logic models, and how your goals and outcomes become the foundation for how you plan your program. By the end of the session, you should have a solid understanding of the language of outcomes and how you can use it to communicate with stakeholders and attract more funding.

Presenter Julie Mozena, principal of Mozena & Associates, is a successful fundraising professional with over 15 years of experience in program planning, grantwriting, research, and training. She has helped countless nonprofits, school districts, and government agencies around the nation raise over $60 million in funding for mental health and substance abuse services, after school programs, abused women and children, drug courts, public policy advocacy, and much more.
