Are you a YRUU advisor or youth leader? Do you want to give your high-school-age UU youth group a jump start? Would you like your congregation to earn this year’s JPD Youth Empowering & Supportive Congregation (YES) Award? This workshop is suitable for brand-new, well-seasoned or somewhere-in-the-middle Youth Advisors and Youth Leaders, as well as religious educators, ministers and others interested in strengthening their UU youth program.

· Six Components of Balanced Youth Programming
· Five Steps to Building Community
· Nuts and Bolts of Youth Ministry
· Developing a Team Approach to Youth Ministry
· Ethics, Boundaries and Conduct for Adults Working with Youth
· Youth Empowerment and Youth/Adult Relations
Cost: Adults $45, Youth $25, includes lunch, supplies, and YAT Resource Book.
Team Registration Incentive: $45 for first adult, $30 for each additional adult from the same congregation; $25 for the first youth, $15 for each additional youth from the same congregation.
