Rachel and her brother Ed Reeves set up Moneypenny in 2000, with nothing more than a big idea, a passion for customer service and £10,000 in the bank. Today, Moneypenny is the UK market leader in telephone answering and outsourced reception services, answering over 4 million calls a year on behalf of 4,000 UK businesses, employing 210 people and has been awarded the Queen's Award for Enterprise as well as being recognised as one of the top 100 Best Companies To Work For in 2011.

Rachel will be talking about that journey and will be sharing the main lessons that she has learnt over the past ten years.
