Go to www.jpduua.org to find your congregation’s status. Registration Deadline is September 12, 2008 Leadership in our churches, fellowships, and societies doesn’t just happen by accident. It takes people trained in effective ways of leading volunteers to accomplish the vision and mission of the congregation. This workshop will explore many facets of healthy leadership including: recruiting & empowering teams for specific tasks, balancing spiritual development and administrative demands, prioritizing for effective implementation, innovations in technology for church administration, building a caring community, effective communications, effective leadership in meetings, conflict management, and understanding the emotional system. Current leaders and those who would want additional education to become leaders of congregations are invited to register. Teams from congregations are encouraged to attend.
