Come learn the tried-and-true methods and tools that will help you connect your mission and objectives to the support staff who deliver on them.  The “supervision model” explores the dynamic role of supervision and the elements of a strong process that adapts easily to unique situations.  Using the model, participants will chart their own style and approach to supervision and learn how setting the right goals, mentoring and coaching can create an environment for optimal performance. You will practice coaching and also walk away with sample policies and procedures for corrective action and termination.
