Style of Workshop

The workshop will provide you with opportunities to explore a wide range of issues connected to coaching techniques. It will have a positive and interactive focus, ensuring you get the chance to explore your own issues and solutions.  You will have the opportunity to work in small groups to look at the various topics and to share and discuss ideas and challenges.

Jan, our facilitator, is very experienced in this topic, delivering numerous workshops in the private, public and community sectors. She is highly skilled in enabling individuals to make the most of their participation. The workshop environment will be welcoming, engaging and comfortable.
