Austin, TX, Rainforest Partnership (www.rainforestpartnership.org) is an international non-profit social enterprise committed to
protecting tropical rainforests. We partner with communities in Latin
America to develop sustainable economic alternatives to deforestation,
making it more valuable for them to keep their forests standing.
Thanks
to support from our online fundraising platform, Rally, Rainforest
Partnership now has a physical presence in San Francisco. Join us as we celebrate our first event in SF!
We
will screen winning short films from our annual Films for the Forest
Event (www.filmsfortheforest.org), as well as a short documentary on
Rainforest Partnership.
Admission is free and complimentary refreshments and hors d’oeuvres will be served.
