Attend a three-hour hands-on workshop to learn how to systematically identify the real knowledge and skill gaps that keep employees from achieving performance goals. You will be involved in a realistic case study that begins with a typical client request for training. We’ll work in teams to learn techniques for interviewing clients and establishing a consulting relationship, collecting and analyzing data, meeting with focus groups, and facilitating the client feedback meeting that results in the development of the Action Plan.
