Developing Conflict Competent Leaders and Organizations
At the May 17th chapter meeting, Dennis Dennis of Care Full Conflict, LLC, will illustrate the importance conflict competency plays in mission critical outcomes. Dennis’ examples will demonstrate what can be accomplished in a wide range of settings using a rigorously researched model and measuring tool, the Conflict Dynamics Model. After attending, you will be able to welcome conflict as an effective change lever in your organization, integrate conflict competency in culture change efforts and measure conflict competency of leaders. Join us for this interactive program!
About the Presenter
As a licensed clinical and organizational psychologist with over 30 years of experience advising leaders in organizations ranging in size from entrepreneurial startups to Fortune 50 companies and governmental agencies, Dennis Dennis has experience serving in leadership and professional roles in the Navy, business, academia, non-profits, and governmental agencies.
