Special Event: The 2010 Tax Act & What It Means to You in 2011 & 2012

Boeckermann, Grafstrom & Mayer Wealth Management, LLC and Mansfield Tanick & Cohen, P.A. invite you to attend a special event on the 2010 Tax Act.

In December 2010, Congress passed the “Tax Relief, Unemployment Insurance Reauthorization, and Job Creation Act of 2010.” The Act includes a number of changes that will impact income and estate tax planning for individuals, and many people have questions about what these changes will mean for them in the coming years.

Join us for an informative presentation on the 2010 Tax Act and its effect on tax and estate planning for individuals. During this presentation, we’ll discuss many aspects of the 2010 Tax Act, including:
  • Changes to the taxation of long-term capital gains, qualified dividends and ordinary income
  • Changes to the estate and gift tax
  • The possible impact of the Act on trust and will planning
  • Techniques for maximizing the $5 million gift exemption
  • Approaches to charitable and life insurance planning
Light appetizers and beverages will be served.
