Bob Carter has more than 40 years of experience in development and capital/endowment campaigning.  He is presently the Principal at Of Counsel Philanthropy and Senior Advisor to Omnicom NFP Group and Changing Our World.  Bob was with Ketchum, one of the largest firms in the fundraising industry for 26 years and 15 as CEO. He has expertise in assisting ultra-high net worth individuals and families, foundations and corporations develop and enhance programs for philanthropy as well as national and international fundraising. His offices have been in New York, London and Sarasota, Florida. Bob and his family reside in Anna Maria Florida.

Prior to joining Ketchum in 1981, Mr. Carter served as Vice President for University Relations at The Catholic University of America; Director of Development for Arts and Sciences and Engineering and Associate Director of Annual Giving at The Johns Hopkins University; Assistant to the Headmaster at the Gilman School in Baltimore; and both taught and organized the development office at The Boys' Latin School in Baltimore.
