What: iChoose is a 4th and 5th grade weekend retreat focusing on the "C" (Choosing Well) value of KCRG.
When: March 2 - 4, 2012
Where: Woodlands Camp; Cleveland, GA
Registration: We have 85 positions available and registration is first come/ first serve.
Cost: $160
Payment: American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa and Check**.

REQUIRED Release Form:
- We will need TWO notarized medical release forms for this retreat. One copy will be kept with the KCRG team and another must be turned into the Woodlands Camp. You can download the form at www.northmetro.org/ichoose. Please turn it in to a KCRG team member on Sunday, or scan and email to Autumn Sines at asines@northmetro.org or fax to 678.290.7835.
- We will need a copy of the child's insurance card. A front and back copy of the insurance card is required. If you do not have insurance, please indicate this on your Release Form.
Scholarship Application:
A limited number of full or partial scholarships are available this year and will be given in order of receipt of request. If you can pay any amount at all, that would help us to use funds for as many children as possible. You can download the form at www.northmetro.org/ichoose. Allergies
If any child has a “Severe” food allergy, they will need to bring their own food for the retreat. Please let Autumn Sines at asines@northmetro.org know of the food allergy as soon as you register.
