in Greensboro’s 4th Annual Arts Festival

RULES:
- Original two- and three-dimensional work will be accepted.
- Works previously submitted in earlier shows are ineligible.
- No reproductions or kits.
- Up to three (5) artworks per artist are allowed, however, if the volume of art works submitted is large, only one or two may be displayed.
- Artwork will be displayed on tables or propped against walls.
- Artists desiring more professional presentation should bring their own stands, easels, or backdrops for display.
- All 2-D work must be framed and/or matted with stiff backing. Only artwork wired for hanging will be hung on walls (space permitting).
- Artwork will be accepted at the Greensboro Fire Hall on Friday, Sept. 4th from 6-8 PM, and on Saturday, Sept 4th from 9-11 AM.
- This is a one-day show. Artwork must be picked up by 6 PM the day of the show.
- No commission will be taken on sales. Artists will handle all sales and receive money directly from buyers at 6 PM, at which time the work must be removed.
NOTE: While every precaution will be taken to see that no damage occurs to the artwork, the exhibition organizers will not assume responsibility in case of damage or loss. Work unclaimed at close of show will become property of the Greensboro Borough, though we will happily return any item to the artist if they have a really really really good excuse.

Festival Hours: Saturday,10 AM –5 PM
- Artist and Food Vendors will have a 10’ x 10’ space.
- Vendor spaces are outdoors at the Log Cabin and along Front and County Streets.
- Each Exhibitor and Vendor must provide their own set-up materials (tables, tents, canopies, chairs, etc.).
- No commercial crafts are permitted.
- Food Vendors must be licensed to sell.
- Alcohol sales for tasting booths are allowable with appropriate permits.
- Electricity is only available at the Log Cabin area.
- Set-up is between 9 AM - 10 AM, and must be completed no later than 10 AMish. Take down cannot occur prior to 5 PM.
- Confirmation of registration will be provided upon receipt of payment to assure you of your reservation.
Not So Small Print: please note that schedules and venues are subject to change, be switched around, substituted or modified to accommodate performers schedule and availability without notice - sorry but disclaimers like these have become required in this day and age - sad but true.

Greensboro has been involved in a number of Art and Community centric activities since the early 70's. In 1994, The Nathanael Greene Historical Foundation (NGHF) was recognized as a formal 501 (c)3 chartered with the support and preservation of cultural activities and history in the area.
