Bridging the Wellness Gap

For several years, large corporations have been implementing worksite wellness programs to control their healthcare costs, gain higher productivity and curb their workers' compensation claims. Wellness programs have become a key component in companies' strategic planning. Today, proven methods can be deployed cost effectively in mid-size companies. If you are an employer group of 50 lives or greater, you won't want to miss this workshop!

Important topics to be discussed at this workshop include:
· Current state of health care and future trends
· The fundamental components of worksite wellness
· How to establish a program with limited resources
· Review of HIPAA / DOL established guidelines
· Incentive programs
· Case study (presented by Denise St. Pierre, Robinson Engineering)
· Effective methods for measuring Return on Investment (ROI)

A complimentary Confidential Health Risk Screening, valued at $185, will be offered to the first 50 attendees. It is our way of saying "thank you" for attending this Best in Class workshop. A 12-hour fasting period is required for all assessment participants - please call for details.

This workshop qualifies for 3.0 hours of HRCI credits
