American Academy Dinner in honor of Chef Richard Morgan, AAC:
"To recognize outstanding achievement & commitment of a founding member."
January, 24th, 2005

Attention All ACF / CCAC Members, IFSEA Members, Guests & Friends,

Los Angeles Mission College and the ACF/Chefs de Cuisine Association of California, Los Angeles chapter invite you to a dinner in honor of American Academy of Chefs Chairmen Richard Morgan.

This gala dinner will be presented at Los Angeles Mission College Campus Center to recognize Chef Morgan for his Hermann G. Rausch Chefs Life Time Achievement Award in the western regional area and to celebrate the efforts and hard work of one of our founding members.

This academy dinner will be prepared and presented under the guidance of our Chef of the Year 2004 winner, Culinary Instructor Rudy Garcia and his award winning students at the LAMC Culinary Institute.

Hors D’Oeuvre and check in at 6:30 PM

Five Course Dinner & Program at 7:00 PM

Reception and Dinner Cover: $35. (Members and Guests)

Students: $15

Free Parking

Attire: Dinner Jackets
