TH!NK you know yourself?
Come and find out!

Understanding yourself and the way you relate to others can have a direct impact on bringing in that next big project. Clients are almost as certainly buying into YOU as they are buying into your company –that goes for everyone who interacts with clients, whether it be the principals and managers to the technical staff or the marketing department.

Not sure of your ability to connect? Well you’re in luck! This month, SMPS Hawaii presents Sarah Kalicki-Nakamura, co-owner of TH!NK LLC, with their “Everything DiSC® Sales” course, which is designed to help you connect better with your clients.

The basis for this improved connection is an understanding of the DiSC® learning model – a simple, proven intuitive way to gain insight into ourselves and our relationships. The DiSC® model identifies four dimensions of normal behavior:

Dominance: People with a high “D” behavioral tendency seek to shape their environment by overcoming opposition to accomplish results.

Influence: People with a high “i” behavioral tendency seek to shape their environment by influencing or persuading others.

Steadiness: People with a high “S” behavioral tendency seek to cooperate with others to carry out their tasks.

Conscientiousness: People with a high “C” behavioral tendency seek to work within existing circumstances to ensure quality and accuracy.

The model has been used around the world to improve working and personal relationships, and has specifically helped millions of salespeople to become better at the “psychological game” that is so critical in connecting with customers.

And the best part? You will discover your personal DiSC® style - an $80 value – for FREE! Sarah is waiving her usual speaking fee and doing this out of her love for SMPS Hawaii. You only pay the normal lunch program cost.
