It's the LinkedIn Rockstars' Farewell #RockTheWorld TweetUp in Denver, a free INFORMAL gathering of rockin' Social Media "friends" old and new looking for something really fun to do before Mike and Lori take off for Minneapolis. This is a come as you are, nothin' fancy affair.
The TweetUp is hosted by Mike O'Neil and Lori Ruff, The LinkedIn Rockstars of Integrated Alliances. Mike & Lori are moving to Minnesota to be closer to Mike's aging parents and they wanted to host one last little party before they leave Denver, Colorado.
In addition to managing LinkedIn Group Link to Denver, which they will continue to do, Mike and Lori, co-authors of the Rock The World LinkedIn book hosted the Denver WordPress & Social Media Meetup, a monthly training event that is highly social.
Besides WordPress Web sites and blogs, monthly Meetup topics include LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube. Their last meetup up before turning the reins over to Tim Spencer and team is also April 16. Visit the meetup group for full details!
For the Tweetup, register if you like or just drop by. Registrants get reminders, a map and can use the provided Social Media promo hooks to invite friends, connections, followers, cool people.
