The Sault Ultimate Players' Association has hosted a Summer Co-ed Recreational League since 2005. This league is meant to be a fun way for people to get out, make friends, and stay fit. For many, ultimate is the highlight of their summer. We emphasize that this league is meant to be FUN and overly aggressive play is discouraged. If you have never played ultimate before this is a great place to start. If you are a returning player, we can’t wait to see you back at the field.

• Registration is $20 and includes:
  - 13 weeks of Ultimate
  - Team bandana
  -  Social events
  Games are 1 hour long, played Wednesday nights at the Old Sir James Dunn and Anna McCrea.
• You must be 18+ or have parental permission.
  
  Remember - You must also sign up for your SUPA membership which is $20.
  
• If you are playing in Team League as well, ask your captain for the discount code to receive $5 off Recreation League.

I’ve never played Ultimate before?

• People of all skill levels and athletic abilities are encouraged to join.
• When registering you'll let us know how much Ultimate you’ve play and how fit you are.
• Captains draft players with the intention of keeping teams balanced and friends together.
• Teams typically have a mix of new and experienced players.
• Experienced players are there to help new players learn.
• Skills clinics are held periodicly throughout the season.

Can I play on the same team as my friends?

• When registering you can suggest a friend or friends you would like to play with.
• Captains draft teams making every effort to accommodate friend requests.
• Friend request preferences may be given to new players over experienced players.
