The ToonSeum Presents Third Annual Comics for Comics Benefit Concert:
The Bizarro Cartoon Comedy Show with Dan Piraro, June 9, 2011

Pittsburgh, PA – The ToonSeum, Pittsburgh's museum of the cartoon arts, announces its third Comics for Comics concert to benefit the ToonSeum. This year's concert is the Bizarro Cartoon Comedy Show, featuring Dan Piraro, creator of the daily comic feature, Bizarro.

The event will take place on Thursday, June 9 at 8:00 pm at The Rex Theatre on Pittsburgh's South Side. The evening will also include a VIP reception from 7:00-8:00 at the Rex.
Piraro's standup comedy is as unpredictable and surreal as his daily cartoon. In the show, he reminisces about his life as an artist, with a combination of stories, slides, and original music.
