Sally Galloway, MME, HHC, is a nutrition counselor and massage therapist, specializing in helping people release fat permanently, lower cholesterol, normalize blood sugars, and even reverse Type II Diabetes using healthy nutrients, physical activity, stress reduction techniques, and providing accountability and support.
The Center for Health and Harmony offers nutrition counseling, massage therapy, wellness seminars, training in stress reduction through coaching and counseling programs, and teleclasses for people who are concerned about sugar, diabetes (Type 2), heart disease, insulin resistance and metabolic syndrome.
Sally is a former pre-diabetic and a Holistic Health Counselor certified through the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. Sally is also an Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant, Certified Massage Therapist and Reiki Master.
