What do exhibitors receive?
- Table top – Local 16 has multiple two top tables that can be combined
to provide table top space that may be required. The 2 tops are approximately 24" X 30". We request that you use not
more than 2 two tops together.

Who is expected to attend the event?
This event attracted approximately 300 communications professionals last year. Polling from attendees from last years event was very positive. They loved the diverse crowd of communications professionals, the venue, the food and enjoyed engaging with the exhibitors. Many associations gained new members too!

Due to privacy concerns of our attendees, we do not provide a full list of
attendees to exhibitors.
What
if we have already purchased tickets to the event?
We will refund the ticket registration if you wish to use
one of the free tickets under the exhibitor package for someone who has already
purchased a ticket.
What is the exhibitor cancelation
policy?
Refund of 50% if canceled 14 days before event. No refund within 7 days of
the event.
