restaurant Max is located inside The (exciting new) Hotel Minneapolis. Sample Circuit just had a chance to tour this historic property that opens in early August and it is absolutely beautiful. A perfect mix of he old and new, Los Angeles-based Linda Snyder Associates is designing the restaurant and bar, which are in the building's marble-covered former banking lobby and the bank's former vault is being converted into a 1,000-bottle wine storage area.
Chef Matthew Holmes was recruited from T-Cooks at the Royal Palms
Resort and Spa in Phoenix. The full restaurant menu will include: appetizers, grilled flatbreads, salads, hot
and cold sandwiches, pasta, risotto, seafood, poultry, meats, and
desserts. We all eagerly await to see it.
