Come experience the exclusive sampling menu Chef Matt Holmes has created for Sample Circuit, indulge in wine samplings, marvel at Ketel 1 vodka
mixology and don't forget to take home our gourmet goodie bag.
restaurant Max is located inside The (exciting new) Hotel Minneapolis. Sample Circuit just had a chance to tour this historic property that opens in early August and it is absolutely beautiful. A perfect mix of he old and new, Los Angeles-based Linda Snyder Associates is
designing the restaurant and bar, which are in the building's
marble-covered former banking lobby and the bank's former vault is being
converted into a 1,000-bottle wine storage area.
Chef Matthew Holmes was recruited from T-Cooks at the Royal Palms
Resort and Spa in Phoenix. The full restaurant menu will include: appetizers, grilled flatbreads, salads, hot
and cold sandwiches, pasta, risotto, seafood, poultry, meats, and
desserts. We all eagerly await to see it.
Come be one of the first to experience this amazing new addition to the Minneapolis culinary scene!
