(Opening Short) For the Masses – On any given day, city-dwellers flock to an urban wilderness looking for a brief escape from the constant presence of the city and their habitual, frenetic pace of life.  A film by Corrie Francis / South Lake Tahoe, CA / 5 min.

(Feature Documentary) Beauty Mark – The moving and inspirational story of champion triathlete and marathon runner Diane Israel, whose collapse from extreme physical strain brought on by athletic bulimia brings her celebrated career to an abrupt end. Beauty Mark chronicles Diane's quest to understand both the personal and cultural forces that propelled her to seek physical perfection at any cost.  A documentary by Diane Israel / Directed by Carla Precht & Kathleen Man / Featuring interviews with Eve Ensler, Naomi Wolf, Pat Mitchell, & former super model Dawn Gallagher / Boulder, CO / 75 min.

NOTE:  Individual film screening tickets will available for pick-up at the Park Theatre Box Office beginning 30 minutes before the film screening you purchased starts.  Bring your printed eventbrite receipt or a valid ID to retrieve your tickets.
