CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellation and refund requests MUST be in writing to BBPE at the following address. Refunds will be issued through March 1, 2005 minus a $75 cancellation fee. No refunds shall be honored after said date. Registrants who do not show up for the conference are still liable for the full registration fee.
