INFORMATION:

Entries will be confirmed via Event Brite and payment via paypal. You will need to have received both of these receipts for you to be assured of your entry acceptance. If you wish to pay via cheque you will receive an acceptance e-mail from LMS Events once the cheque has cleared. Should the entries be closed by the time you decide to enter there will be a waitlist opportunity for the first 100 people who register.

Students who will be attending Mt Aspiring College, Dunstan High School, Cromwell College,  Wakatipu High School at the time of the event or whose main residence is Hawea have the opportunity to ride for free. Taff and Penny Cochranne have offered to pay entries for the first 10 high school students who meet this criteria. All you need to do is type (focstudent) into the discount code section and if you are one of the first 10 you will be able to enter free of charge.

Please be aware that we are in a remote part of the country. It is essential that you fill in the medical section honestly and do not allow anyone else to ride under your name. We had one entrant last year who had heart issues along the way and due to the information he had placed on his entry form we were able to react quickly and appropriately.

Please note that Friday night registration is compulsory. There is no way registrations can be made on the morning of the event. If you believe attendance at this may be a problem for you please do not enter until it is resolved.
