How would you like reporters rating your organization’s performance every day? That’s what the Public Relations & Communications leaders from the Chicago Blackhawks, Bulls, Cubs and White Sox face every time they open the paper, watch TV and radio, and scan the Internet and Twitter. They will discuss their techniques -- including social media -- for building a loyal base of supporters, whether their teams win or lose. It’s sure to be a revealing and candid look at the Chicago sports teams that cause us to cheer or rage in despair.
