superior general fitness programs. The OSDC is home to the Gas Hut -
Olympic Weightlifting Club, Ottawa Track West and CrossFit Ottawa. The
OSDC hosts coaching certification seminars in a variety of athletic
fields, ranging from general fitness, Olympic weightlifting and track
and field.
