Adobe PDF files are ideal for graphic design prepress workflows — but they have to be created properly. In this workshop learn the details on how to make sure your PDFs will print properly when they arrive at your print vendor.

This 90-minute workshop covers real-world issues that arise printing Acrobat PDFs. Including:

• Preparing PDF files for commercial printers.
• Checking for problems ahead of time.
• Testing color separations on screen.
• Working with spot colors.
• Using Acrobat’s built-in Preflighting tools.
• Plus many tips and tricks from real-world production projects.

We design our training materials in quick, bite-sized modules. The results are short, focused workshops that allow busy creative professionals to get what they need, and get back to work.

Here's the pitch: Join us online for about an hour, pick up a couple new skills, and get back to work. You can put what you learned into use the same day.

These workshops are demonstrated using Acrobat 8 Professional on Mac OS X, however the learning applies to PC users as well as previous versions of Acrobat.

• Reliable Internet Connection.
• Phone Line for Audio Portion.

The registration fee covers a single computer connection. You can gather as many people around that computer as you like.
