-Purchasing property scheduled for tax foreclosure
-What happens to the property if no one makes a cash bid?
-How to Purchase “Struck Off Property” -Mortgages, other liens and encumbrances
-Can you be sure all record lien holders were made party to the suit?
-Other Taxing Authorities Tax Liens and IRS Liens
-The Redemption Period
-Possession of the Property
-What You Are Entitled to During the Redemption Period
-Maintenance Fee Foreclosure/Homeowners Dues Foreclosures
-Judgment Foreclosures
-Purchasing the Property Directly from the Homeowner Before the Foreclosure Sale
-Eviction

You will get a handbook outlining the above. This class will last 3 hours. We will start at 6:30pm and finish at 9:30pm.
Registration is from 6-6:30pm.
