BROWN BAG RECRUITER alumni and others are welcome to join us for a half-day of hands-on learning and actual recruiting!

This interactive workshop and clinic will cover the following:

Part One: The Building Blocks of Sourcing Strategy

The objective is to share a systematic approach for:

• Bridging the divide between "who" and "where" and "how"
• Evaluating various strategies and selecting the best ones
• Creating and presenting your sourcing plan
• Getting consensus, buy-in and budget

Part Two: Delivering a No Cost/Low Cost Sourcing Plan

The objective is to cover the basics for:

• Finding candidates, resumes and leads using search engines like Google
• Developing competitive intelligence to develop alternate sourcing channels
• Posting and advertising your jobs for little or no cost
• Telephone names sourcing and identifying truly hidden talent
• Mining your desktop for qualified candidates
