We require online registration and pre-payment to reduce the time our volunteer CFHIMSS board members spend writing receipts and maintaining attendee lists.

Please register under your own name, rather than as a department secretary or assistant. We make name badges in advance from the registration list.

We must provide an attendee count to TMH Catering by October 15. We regret that we cannot guarantee meals for anyone registering after that date. We respectfully ask that you register if attending and attend if registering. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

As you enter the Medical Center from the Parking Deck, the elevators will be on your left. Take the elevator to the ground floor/Atrium and follow signs to Elevator B (near the cafeteria). Take the Elevator to Level 1. Head down the long hall towards Bixle Emergency Center. The Auditorium will be on your left near the end of the hall (before the hall turns left).

You are invited to join us at our special Thursday night welcome reception from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. as we enjoy cocktails and appetizers at the Florida State University's University Center Club at Doak Campbell Stadium, a premiere private club in an amazing setting. Meet some of your fellow attendees, speakers, sponsors, and chapter board members overlooking the football home of the FSU Seminoles, where we will enjoy drinks on the patio and pre-meeting socializing. All members and prospective HIMSS members are invited to attend at no charge as our way of welcoming you to our first Big Bend/Panhandle N/CFHIMSS meeting.
