Team-Building and Group Activities

For our next meeting we will be discussing "Team-Building" and "Group Activities and Exercises." When you facilitate a training, learning session or workshop, what are the group activities and team building exercises that you have lead that had the most long-lasting impact? 

For the purposes of this session, please submit 1 - 4 activities as an electronic copy walking us through your exercise that includes:

• directions for the exercise
• purpose of activity
• what environment and type of group it is done with (i.e. executive, first time managers, on-boarding, etc)
• main learning takeaways. How it connects to the business or their role?
• anything else that would give context or direction.

Examples:

I would like to be able to compile them in a document to send to the attendees of this group.

Participants: Training managers/directors or anyone who can influence strategy, direction, perception or adoption of training in one's organization.
When: Wednesday, March 16, 2011, 7:30 - 9:00 AM
Location: Frisch’s Restaurant in Norwood.
