Itinerary includes:
Day 1 (September 17) will be spent on the outcrops north of Durango looking at Lower Honaker Trail and Paradox Formations including newly-measured outcrops and on-going sequence stratigraphic observations. We will spend both nights in Bluff, Utah.
Day 2 (September 18) will be on the San Juan river between Bluff and Mexican Hat.
Day 3 (September 19) will likely include one or more archaeological stops, poster sessions, core viewing, and discussions tying the outcrops to subsurface reservoirs and source rocks. The trip will end back in Durango in late afternoon to allow people to fly back to Denver.
